Slow Oils is more than just oil.

Slow Oils is a Ukrainian brand of artisanal cold-pressed oils made from nuts, seeds, and berries. We produce our oils slowly, in small batches, with respect for the raw materials, nature, and the people behind every product.
Our philosophy is simple: less intensive production — more natural taste, aroma, and nutritional value.

For our production, we carefully select high-quality Ukrainian raw materials: wild-harvested or home-grown nuts, seeds, and berries.
We believe that great oil starts not with the press, but with the origin of the ingredients. Ukrainian traditions of growing and harvesting nuts and seeds give us a unique opportunity to create products with local character and international potential. Much of this raw material comes from small farms, family gardens, and natural environments rather than intensive industrial agriculture.

That is why Slow Oils is not only about taste, but also about responsibility — toward the land, water, biodiversity, and local communities.
We call this approach From People to People — from those who grow and harvest the ingredients to those who choose quality food for themselves and their families.

Our oils are produced using cold pressing on a hydraulic press, without additives or unnecessary processing. After pressing, the oil is naturally settled for at least 10 days, followed by gentle mechanical filtration to ensure clarity, stability, and preservation of its natural flavor.

We do not rush, because quality takes time.

In our production, we combine the strength of Ukrainian raw materials with traditional techniques inspired by French and Austrian oil-making craftsmanship.

Today, we are developing Slow Oils as a Ukrainian premium brand of cold-pressed oils for conscious consumers, gastronomy, HoReCa, and the cosmetics industry. In addition to oils, we also process the press cake into nut and seed flours, creating a more complete and sustainable production cycle.

Our goal is to make healthy, honest, and sustainable oils more accessible — and to show the world a new level of Ukrainian product quality.
